Postcard showing portrait image of 'Henry O'Neill,' "Councillor who has consented to become the Conservative and Unionist Candidate for South Belfast at the General Election, is well known throughout the entire City. His labours on behalf of the health of the people and the supply of pure meat and milk have been very successful, and if returned to Parliament, he wil be able to extend his operations so as to have important amendments made in the Food and Drugs and workmen's Compensation Acts." Stamp addressed to C. Armstrong, 100 Stramillis Rd.
