Scope and content: Photocopy of a booklet titled 'A Guide to Jordan's Castle and F.J. Bigger Collection of Antiques Ardglass, Co. Down' It is a government document produced by the Government of Northern Ireland Ministry of Finance. The document is a guide to Jordan's Castle in Ardglass. The castle was bought by Bigger in 1911, renamed Castle Sean, and bequeathed to the state upon his death in 1926. The guide briefly details the architectural characteristics of the castle. Most of the document is made up of a catalogue of each item within the castle, which includes its antiques but also basic household objects and furniture. There are photos of the interior and exterior taken by A.R. Hogg and R.J. Welch. The document also includes floor plans of the building.
