The Ulster Clay Pigeon Shooting Association was founded in 1950, comprising the Belfast Gun Club, Lurgan Gun Club and Banbridge Gun Club. In the following fifteen years, a further eleven clubs joined the association. Members competed at the Commonwealth Games, the Olympic Games and the Irish and World Championships.
Contents include minute books and the Secretary's reports. Issues addressed include gun laws in Northern Ireland, specifically in relation to the Troubles.
