- The Northern Ireland Peace Rides were a series of motorcycle events held in 1997 by local clubs to raise money for cross-community charities and to promote peace talks. This archive contains material from the company ‘Northern Ireland Motorcycle Tours’ and contains: a sheet outlining the aims of the tours and instructions (1997); a leaflet outlining the events of the overarching company for the year; stickers and a patch with ‘Northern Ireland Peace Ride’ attached; a business card for Northern Ireland Motorcycle Tours-Team; a letter concerning the donation of material to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum (2001); an updated 2007 company brochure; a brochure for NI Peace Ride 2 (1998) and 3 (1999) and a gold tours badge.
