Large three legged cast iron rounded shape cooking pot. Exterior has been painted black. These cauldron shaped cooking pots came in various sizes to suit the purpose of the family. Some homes may have had more than one cooking pot in a different size. Some large examples were used in larger homes, factories or soup kitchens.
