Brown (peat) coloured postcard with illustration of a man, an emigrant, standing by a bridge or pier looking over at a city, possibly in America. Green lettering; 'This card is actually part of the Soil of Old Ireland, being made from Peat at CELBRIDGE PAPER MILLS, IRELAND.' Printed verse states; 'They say there's bread and work for all and the sun shines over there but I'll not forget old Ireland were it fifty times as fair.' This postcard was not used.
