1925 - Description
- A linen proof cloth for a sample table napkin, woven in unbleached and red linen yarn. Loom width 51cm, selvedge to selvedge. The pattern is a floral one, resembling peony roses. Unhemmed. A large (10cm x 14cm) paper label attached to the lower edge carries the proof cloth report, including the information this sample was woven at the Lower Lodge works on 29th October 1925.
