subject : series of slides taken by A. R. Hogg on the Isle of Man; view of Manx cottage showing one-storey whitewashed rope-thatched dwelling at roadside, with trailing plants climbing around windows and eaves. Two well-dressed, hatted children, one a young girl and one a small child, stand at the doorway. Characters and house identical to Y:16239; annotated and initialld by Hogg. date : 1898-10.
