Description
This mural is one of 46 in the Northern Ireland Prison Service collection, which were painted on boards or partition walls in nissen huts at HMP Maze/Long Kesh. Most of these murals were in the loyalist compounds. Dedicated to HMS Belfast, which 'fought with distincition in World War II and the war in Korea'. The ship was built for the Royal Navy by Harland and Wolff in 1936.
