This mural is one of 46 in the Northern Ireland Prison Service collection, which were painted on boards or partition walls in nissen huts at HMP Maze/Long Kesh. Most of these murals were in the loyalist compounds. Depicts the coat of arms of Belfast. The latin motto 'pro tanto quid retribuamus' comes from Psalm 116 v12 and means 'what shall we give in return for so much'.
