Description

Full page Williamite print showing the Prince and Princess. The Prince's hand is being kissed by a crowned and ermined female figure with allegorical armed figures in the clouds behind and scenes of carnage to the foreground. To the left, a figure loses his crown. The inscription in French refers to the 'Theatre of Britain'; 'the flight of James II, his arrival in Ireland and other adventures'. The print is bound in a book containing 95 engravings depicting the life of William III.
