Description: Leaflet issued by the Ulster Vanguard entitled 'Ulster Vanguard Action Rallies/ Declaration of Intent and Covenant to Act, 'Ulster Vanguard Ulster Viictory.' This Ulster Vanguard document outlines their objective of obtaining a majority rule parliament for Northern Ireland. If this cannot be achieved, however, they state their intention to create an independent British Ulster. The declaration concludes by calling on the Northern Ireland Prime Minister (Brian Faulkner) to form a coalition government involving a broad range of unionists.
