Global Liberities. From a Trades Union background Alistair Graham was Chairman of the Parades Commission 1997-2000. He was Chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life 2004-2007. This Orange Order poster criticises the Parades Commission, and particularly Alistair Graham, for some of their decisions in re-routing or banning Orange parades.
