Evening outfit, velevet bodice and tulle skirt, 1993
Lorcan Mullany (1953)
A long, full, floating tulle skirt and a low cut, tightly fitting corset-like bodice remains one of the most successful formulae for evening wear because it is so flattering to most women. The strong contrast of black fabric with white paste adds drama to the outfit.
