19th century (mid) - Oval bog oak brooch, an openwork harp with gold strings protruding from a frame in the form of a gold kilt engraved with scrolls and the words 'ERIN GO BRAGH' (Ireland for ever) surrounded by bog oak shamrocks each with a small bead of gold in their centre.
