Curtain
Description
Early 18th century crewelwork curtain with wild animals at the bottom, and two twisting trees twirling up the two halves of the curtain. Amongst the wild animals at the bottom of the curtain, there are dense green mounds and four colourful huts with alternating blue and red roofs. The entire curtain is filled with bursts of vibrant blue, pink and green shades. This curtain portrays a vibrant jungle of varying animals, exotic birds and blooming flowers.
