Description
Large, heavy pointed oval shield of flat section. Handle is formed of a thin branch wedged through 2 holes in the back, the ends appearing through the front. There has been a decorative pattern of red ochre consisting of one vertical line extending from tip to tip cut through by 2 other lines at right angles.
