Lid of an Altar cruet

Description

'A flat circular lid, decorated on top with concentric circles. On the top is an 'A' in a circle; the A is for Acqua (Water) and the lid that of an Altar Cruet or Ewer, implying the existence of a corresponding vessel with a V for Vinum (Wine), but also of at least Chalice and Paten'.
