Material from W.E. Donaldson, a grocery, provision, and hardware merchant in Cloghore, County Donegal, near Belleek, in the 1930s–1970s. Contents include: various Methodist hymn and prayer books, circa 1920’s/30s, one with a Wesleyan Methodist Sunday School award for attendance to Donaldson in 1922, another with a Christmas note inscribed from Pastor Hugh Thompson and a Methodist Church ticket of membership, annotated ‘Louisa Donaldson’ (Dec. 1933). Business records include a cash flow book, a stock book (1932-1979), a booklet with typescript correspondence from Coopers & Lybrand Co. for accounts ending 1978, along with an accountant’s report; Also a handwritten cooking/recipe book (1935-1947).
