Within is a promotional pamphlet outlining the history and current operations, "Project" periodical dated February 7th, 1978, menus for the Concrete Society annual dinner (1967) and the official opening of Sandelford Bridge (1975), and newspaper clippings on the building of the intake and treatment works to allow water from Lough Neagh to supply Belfast, safety awards, and the acquisition of Farrans by the T.B.F. Thompson Group.
