Political developments
The political collection includes reference to the Northern Ireland civil rights movement and its campaigns for reform, the various political negotiations and agreements, the growth and decline of parties, key elections and peace movements. It includes a wide range of posters, leaflets and badges and key objects such as the Memorandum from the Office of the Independent Chairman that was attached to a copy of the proposed final Belfast/Good Friday Agreement and signed by participants in the talks.
