A letter to Richard Hayward from the County Secretary of the Donegal County Council, in response to a letter from Richard, to inform him that no official arms exist for the county. He will however send him a copy of the seal of the council and directs him to the Genealogical Office in Dublin as they may have records of official seals for county Donegal. Enclosed is a copy of the seal of Donegal County Council.
