Description

Full page Williamite print showing a seige panorama. Note the men climbing a tree on right for a better view. The inscription in French refers to 'the town and castle of Namen under seige by the King of France on 29 May, the town surrendered on 4 June and the castle on 30 June 1693'. The print is numbered 'IX' in text and is bound in a book containing 95 engravings depicting the life of William III.
