Description

Full page Williamite print showing a courtier in tabard carrying a crowned sceptre indicating King William in front of a court including armoured horsemen. The inscription in French refers to 'the champion of the King defying all those who do not wish to acknowledge His Majesty as their true King'. The print is numbered '16' in pencil is bound in a book containing 95 engravings depicting the life of William III.
