Description: Mounted print showing graffiti on wall in east Belfast, 'Up Paisley' and 'O'Neill Must Go.' In the wake of the meeting between Terence O’Neill and Sean Lemass in January 1965 Ian Paisley had launched an ‘O’Neill Must Go’ campaign. The graffiti covers earlier wall painting calling on readers to ‘Vote Barr for Bloomfield.’ This is a reference to Communist candidate Andrew Barr who stood in Bloomfield in the November 1965 Northern Ireland general election but received only 308 votes.
