Description

Postcard featuring 'Ulster's Reward.' Britain has mistreated Ulster and ‘Jeered at her loyalty trod on her pride,’ with Red Hand symbol and verses from Mr. Wm. Watson's patriotic poem, "Ulster's Reward" first published in The Times, 14th Sept., 1912. On reverse: Ulster in 1600 (seige of Derry) "There at length, on the verge of the ocean, hunted to the last asylum, and baited into a mood in which men may be destroyed, but will not easily be subjugated, the imperial race turned desperately to bay."
