Ulster Vanguard poster printed blue on 'day-glo' orange. 'Say Yes for a New Constitution.' Vanguard Unionist Party for Assembly Elections 1973. The party was opposed to the government’s proposals for an enforced power-sharing executive and a formalised North-South Irish Dimension. Vanguard received 10.5% of first preference votes in the election and won seven seats.
