Scope and content: The Erne Bus Service, based in Enniskillen, was set up in 1929 by Maurice F. Cassidy. It operated routine services on the Coothill-Clones-Enniskillen-Bundoran routes, day trip specials and an express road service to Dublin. The service was taken over by the U.T.A. in 1957.
This extensive archive includes correspondence, wage books, various ledgers recording diesel used, private hire, expenditure, service run receipts, insurance certificates, invoices, and accounts.
