Willie Darlow was a school teacher in Derry/ Londonderry. He visited the quays almost daily and received many postcards worldwide. He also took notes about the ships, where they had come from, where they were from, etc. Contents: mostly blank postcards with various vessels as images, namely, the Cameronia, Caledonia, Transylvania, Athena, Assyrian, California, Castalia, Columbia, Olympic, Tuscania, Scotia, Duke of Connaught, S.S. Londonderry, Winchester Castle, Ulster Queen, Monarch, Somersetshire, St. Germain, Columba, Queen Mary, T.S.S. New York, Prince Charles, New Australia, Franconia, etc. (early 20th century); a letter card for the S.S. Transylvania; S.S.
